How to use
Opening the lid
To make opening easier, gently lift the lid slightly and slide a teaspoon handle or similar flat item into the gap, then move it around the rim.
Sealing and storage
For a tighter seal, you may smear the rim lightly with petroleum jelly or edible oil. The container can also be stacked or adapted for alternative airlock arrangements.
Temperature limits
Maximum batch temperature allowed: 85°C. The container should be at least 5°C before filling.
Alcohol concentration
Maximum alcohol concentration in the batch: 70%.
