CARE & CLEANING
Important: do not fill the glass jar with boiling water.
Avoid very high temperature changes, as thermal shock may damage the glass.
For cleaning, use lukewarm water and a suitable sanitising/cleaning product recommended for brewing and fermentation equipment.
Handle the glass carefully and inspect the jar before use.
