Important care information
- Do not expose the glass to sudden temperature changes.
- Do not fill with water hotter than 50°C.
- Before use, allow the demijohn to reach room temperature.
- Clean with lukewarm water and an appropriate disinfecting product.
- During vigorous fermentation, use an appropriate low-pressure closure to reduce stress on the glass.
