The IBC S60X6 screw cap with an integrated BSPF thread is a durable and functional solution for sealing Intermediate Bulk Containers. Made from high-quality plastic, it ensures a reliable, leak-free seal and protects contents from contamination. The built-in British Standard Pipe thread allows for quick and secure attachment of fittings, streamlining fluid management processes across various applications.

The full-flow ball valve with single union and polypropylene body is built for efficient fluid control. Its corrosion-resistant plastic housing makes it suitable for a range of uses, including water systems and industrial setups. The single union allows easy disassembly for maintenance, while the large ergonomic handle offers smooth and precise flow regulation, even in tight spaces.

The oversized lever improves grip and usability, particularly in systems where quick shutoff is crucial. This enhances safety and reduces the risk of damage from leaks or pressure surges.

MDPE (Medium-Density Polyethylene) fittings are widely used in fluid handling due to their strength, flexibility, and resistance to chemicals. They connect MDPE pipes securely using threaded compression, enabling tight seals without specialised tools. These features make MDPE fittings an economical and reliable solution for both domestic and commercial installations.

The included MDPE straight joiner links two sections of pipe in a linear direction, allowing smooth and direct fluid transfer. It is suitable for systems where minimal resistance and straight routing are required.

Engineered for PN10 standards, MDPE fittings withstand up to 10 bar (approx. 145 psi) pressure. They resist weather, impact, and chemical corrosion, ensuring durability and reduced maintenance across diverse environments.

Note: PTFE Tape may be necessary to ensure a watertight seal on threaded components. Sold separately.
