The IBC S60X6 lid with integrated BSPF thread is a durable and reliable component designed for Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs). Made from tough, high-quality plastic, this cap ensures a secure seal, protecting contents from leaks and external contamination. The integrated British Standard Pipe Female (BSPF) thread enables quick and flexible connection to compatible plumbing and fluid control fittings.

Its precise threading and sturdy design make it an ideal solution for ensuring performance and integrity in fluid systems, whether used in commercial or domestic applications.

The included full flow ball valve, made from robust polypropylene (PP), is engineered for durability and chemical resistance, making it suitable for demanding environments. The single union design simplifies installation and maintenance, while the oversized lever provides smooth and accurate flow control. Ideal for applications where dependable shut-off and flow regulation are essential.

The MDPE tee fitting allows for pipe branching at a 90° angle, making it useful for water supply, irrigation, and similar fluid systems. Thanks to its threaded compression connectors, it ensures a tight, leak-free seal without the need for special tools, allowing for easy and cost-efficient installation.

All MDPE PN10 fittings in this kit are rated for pressures up to 10 bar (approx. 145 psi), offering resistance to both environmental stress and chemical exposure. Their robust design ensures long-term performance and reduced maintenance in a variety of piping applications.

Please note: PTFE Tape may be required to ensure a watertight seal on threaded connections. PTFE Tape sold separately.
