For the best visual appearance we recommend a maximum of 30 characters (including spaces).
Please add if the touch Sensor is req and let us know position of the sensor on Mirror surface .
Longer text can still be produced but the lettering will be reduced in size to fit the mirror.
Please double-check spelling, punctuation and capital letters, as your mirror will be produced exactly as submitted.
Design Approval
Within 24 hours of receiving your text, we will prepare and send you a digital design preview.
Production only begins after you approve the design, giving you complete confidence before your mirror is manufactured
Touch Sensor or Wall Switch
Please let us know after ordering which option you require.
Option 1 – Touch Sensor (Included)
The mirror is supplied with an integrated illuminated touch sensor for convenient on/off operation. - On Request
Option 2 – External Wall Switch
If preferred, the mirror can be manufactured without a touch sensor and connected directly to your existing wall switch or bathroom lighting circuit. - Send as standard

This option must be selected before production begins.
As every mirror is manufactured to your individual specification, the switch configuration cannot be changed once production has started.

Electrical Installation
The mirror is supplied with approximately 15 cm of connection cable for hardwired installation.
For safety reasons we strongly recommend installation by a qualified electrician or suitably competent person, in accordance with current UK electrical regulations.
Delivery & Inspection
As this is a large fragile glass product, every mirror is carefully packaged before dispatch.
Upon delivery, please inspect the outer packaging before accepting the parcel.
If the packaging shows signs of damage (including dents, tears, crushed corners or impact marks), we recommend opening the parcel while the courier is present to check the mirror.
If any damage is found:
• Take clear photographs of the packaging and the damaged mirror.
• Notify the courier where possible.
• Contact us immediately with the photographs.
Prompt inspection allows us to resolve any transport issues as quickly as possible.

Personalised Product Policy
Each mirror is manufactured exclusively for your order.
For this reason, personalised mirrors cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty, damaged during transport or manufactured incorrectly.
Please ensure all text, font selection, text position and switch option are correct before approving your final design.
