The included Cost Wise 1/2" porous soaker hose is made from 100% recycled rubber and delivers water directly to plant roots via its micro-porous structure. Flexible, UV- and algae-resistant, it provides an eco-friendly alternative to traditional irrigation methods, reducing water usage by up to 70%. It’s suitable for surface use or burial up to 20cm and operates at a flow rate of 0.76–1.26 L/min/m at 0.7 BAR. Not suitable for drinking or hot water applications.
The 10-piece connector set includes elbows, joiners, tees, and plugs—perfect for routing irrigation lines around obstacles, branching flows, and sealing unused pipe ends. It runs on 2 AA alkaline batteries (not included), with a battery life of approximately 14 months.
Care & Maintenance:
- Outdoor use only (max 100 PSI, 32°F–100°F).
- Remove the timer in winter, drain it, and store it dry.
- Remove batteries before storage.
- To reset, press and hold the OK button for 10 seconds.
- Install by attaching the timer to your faucet and hose. Keep the faucet open — the timer will control the water flow automatically.
