This flexible hose is designed for transporting fuel, oil, and industrial water, making it a highly adaptable solution for various fluid transfer applications. Made from synthetic nitrile rubber, it features a smooth black finish that offers excellent resistance to fuel and oil permeation, ensuring strength and long-term durability.
Optimised for use with petrol, diesel, oil, and other fuels, the hose supports E10 (10% ethanol) and E15 (15% ethanol) blends, but is not suitable for use with pure biofuels. Compliant with SAE J30 R6 standards, it is capable of handling a wide range of fluids, including unleaded fuel, methanol, lubricants, water, and heating oil. It provides dependable performance across automotive, industrial, and marine environments, with enhanced protection against abrasion, corrosion, and chemical degradation.
With an operational temperature range from -40°C to +100°C, the hose is reinforced with a high-strength dual-thread braid for added durability and performance. It is fully SVA compliant and resistant to ozone and extreme weather, ensuring reliable use even in demanding outdoor conditions.
Ideal for use in trucks, trailers, semi-trailers, and vehicle fuel systems, this hose is suitable for transporting diesel, petrol, hydraulic fluids, and lubricating oils. Please note: it is not intended for high-pressure fuel injection systems and must not be submerged in fuel, limiting use to non-pressurised applications only.
