The Water Butt Brass Connector features a 1" BSP male thread reducing to a 3/4" BSP female thread, providing a sturdy and adaptable fitting ideal for rainwater harvesting and other liquid storage uses. If your barrel or container already has a female thread, the 1" BSP male connector screws in directly, ensuring a smooth and tight connection. Where there is no existing thread, you can install the fitting by drilling a 33mm hole and securing it firmly with the included washers and back nut. This installation method provides a secure, leak-resistant seal that preserves the integrity of your water storage system.

To fit the connector, remove the back nut and one washer, pass the fitting through the hole (with the remaining washer inside the barrel), and then tighten the nut securely. The washer adds an extra layer of leak protection. The Garden Bib Tap includes a 3/4" BSP male inlet and a 3/4" hose barb outlet.
