The 1" BSP Male to 3/4" BSP Female brass outlet is a strong and reliable fitting designed for rainwater harvesting and other liquid storage applications. Made from high-quality, durable brass, it withstands varying environmental conditions and ensures long-term use. It is specifically engineered to reduce a 1” BSP male thread to a 3/4” BSP female thread, making it ideal for connecting pipes or fittings of different sizes within your water butt or container setup.

If your barrel or container has a female thread, the 1" BSP male connector can be screwed directly in for a secure fit. Where a thread does not exist, the fitting can be installed by drilling a suitable opening and securing it with the supplied washers and back nut. This ensures a tight, leak-proof seal and helps maintain the integrity of your water storage system.

To fit this connector directly to a container, drill a 33mm hole to suit the 1" BSP male thread. Remove the back nut and one washer, insert the fitting through the hole so the remaining washer is positioned inside the barrel, then tighten the nut to fix it firmly in place. The washer adds extra protection against leaks.
