The 1" BSP Male to 3/4" BSP Female brass outlet is a durable, versatile fitting designed for rainwater harvesting and various fluid storage applications. Made from premium quality, robust brass, it withstands different environmental conditions and ensures long-lasting reliability. This fitting reduces a 1” BSP male thread to a 3/4” BSP female thread, offering a practical solution for connecting pipes or fittings of varying sizes within your water butt or container setup.

If your barrel or container already has a female thread, the 1" BSP male connector can be screwed in directly to create a secure and leak-tight joint. If no thread exists, the fitting can be mounted by drilling a hole and fastening it with the included washers and back nut, ensuring a dependable, watertight seal that maintains the integrity of your water storage system.

To install the adapter directly onto a container, drill a 33mm hole to fit the 1" BSP male thread. After removing the back nut and one washer, insert the fitting through the hole with the remaining washer positioned inside the barrel. Tighten the nut securely to complete the installation. The washer also provides extra protection against leaks. The Double Garden Tap boasts a sturdy construction with a 3/4" BSP male threaded inlet ensuring a reliable connection with the water butt fitting.
