The Water Butt Brass Connector features a 1" BSP male thread reducing down to a 3/4" BSP female thread, making it a sturdy and adaptable fitting ideal for rainwater harvesting and fluid storage systems. Made from premium, durable brass, this connector is designed to withstand a variety of environmental conditions and provide reliable, long-lasting performance. If your barrel or container is already fitted with a female thread, the 1" BSP male connector can be screwed in directly, creating a seamless and secure connection. Should there be no pre-existing threading, the fitting can be installed by drilling a 33mm hole and securing it using the supplied washers and back nut. This approach guarantees a tight, leak-resistant seal, preserving the integrity of your water storage system.

For installation, remove the back nut and one washer, pass the connector through the hole so the remaining washer sits inside the barrel, then tighten the nut firmly to secure. The washer acts as an extra safeguard against leaks. This straightforward fitting is essential for anyone looking to customise or upgrade their water storage arrangements, offering both durability and flexibility.

The Double Garden Tap sports a robust design with a 3/4" BSP male threaded inlet.
