The 1" BSP Male to 3/4" BSP Female brass outlet is a robust and adaptable fitting designed for rainwater collection and other fluid storage applications. Where no thread exists, the fitting can be installed by drilling a hole and securing it with the provided washers and back nut. To fit the adaptor directly onto a container, simply drill a 33mm hole to accommodate the 1" BSP male thread. After removing the back nut and one washer, insert the fitting through the hole so that the remaining washer sits inside the barrel. Then tighten the nut to secure the assembly. The washer provides an additional level of protection against leaks.
