The Water Butt Brass Connector features a 3/4" BSP male thread reducing to a 1/2" BSP female thread, making it a durable and adaptable fitting for rainwater harvesting and other fluid storage applications. Constructed from premium, hard-wearing brass, this connector is designed to endure a range of environmental conditions while providing long-lasting reliability. It is an ideal solution for connecting pipes or fittings of different sizes within your water butt or container setup.

If your barrel or container already has a female thread, the 3/4" BSP male fitting screws directly into place, creating a seamless and secure connection. Where there is no pre-installed thread, you can fit the connector by drilling a 26mm hole, then securing it using the included washers and back nut. This method provides a tight, leak-proof seal, preserving the integrity of your water storage system.

Installation involves removing the back nut and one washer, pushing the fitting through the hole, then placing the remaining washer inside the barrel before tightening the nut. The washer adds an extra layer of protection to prevent leaks. The Garden Lever Tap includes a 1/2" BSP male inlet and a snap-on male click-lock fitting, making it a versatile and sturdy addition to any outdoor watering setup. Manufactured from zinc nickel-plated material, the tap boasts excellent durability and corrosion resistance, ensuring it withstands weather exposure and frequent use while maintaining its finish over time.
