The water butt extension connector is a versatile accessory designed to improve the functionality of your water butt or rain barrel. It features a BSP male thread on one end and a BSP female thread on the other, providing a useful 50mm outward extension. This extension makes it easier to access the water stored in your barrel, whether for filling watering cans or connecting a hose, thereby enhancing the overall ease of use of your rainwater harvesting system.

With a ½" BSP thread size suitable for a 21mm hole, the connector can be smoothly screwed into existing female threads on your container, making it an excellent choice if your water butt already has pre-installed threads. If your barrel does not have pre-existing threads, you can still install the extension by drilling a hole in the preferred location. Once fixed, the extension provides ample space for hose attachments or filling containers.

The included back nut and washers secure the water butt extension firmly to the barrel. The back nut ensures a strong lock, keeping the fitting firmly in place under pressure. This combination is straightforward to install and remove, suitable for both temporary and permanent setups. These components are robustly constructed to offer long-lasting durability, even in demanding outdoor environments.
