The water butt extension connector is a versatile accessory designed to improve the functionality of your water butt or rain barrel. It features a BSP male thread on one end and a BSP female thread on the other, providing a convenient 50mm outward extension. This extension makes accessing the water in your barrel easier, whether filling watering cans or attaching a hose, thereby enhancing the overall usability of your rainwater harvesting system.

The connector has a ½" BSP thread size suitable for a 21mm hole. Installation is simple: the connector can be smoothly screwed into existing female threads on your container, making it ideal if your water butt already has pre-installed threads. If your barrel does not have a pre-existing thread, the connector can still be fitted by drilling a hole at the desired spot. Once installed, it extends outward by 50mm, providing ample space for hose connections or container filling.

The back nut and washers included secure the water butt extension to your container. The back nut locks firmly, ensuring the fitting stays in place under pressure. This combination is easy to fit and remove, suitable for both temporary and permanent setups. Made to last, these components provide durability and long service life even in demanding conditions.
