The water butt extension connector is a versatile accessory designed to improve the usability of your water butt or rain barrel. It has a BSP male thread on one end and a BSP female thread on the other, extending outward by 50mm to allow easier access to the water stored inside. This extension simplifies filling watering cans or attaching hoses, enhancing your rainwater harvesting setup.

The connector has a ½" BSP thread size suitable for a 21mm hole. Installation is straightforward: it can be effortlessly screwed into existing female threads on your container, making it ideal if your water butt already has pre-fitted threads. If your barrel does not have pre-existing threads, you can still install the connector by drilling a hole in the desired location. Once fitted, the extension provides ample space for hose attachment or container filling.

The included back nut and washers secure the water butt extension to your barrel. The back nut ensures a firm lock, keeping the fitting securely in place even under pressure. This combination is easy to fit and remove, making it suitable for both temporary and permanent installations. Constructed robustly, these components offer long-lasting durability, even in demanding outdoor conditions.
