The water butt extension connector is a versatile accessory designed to improve the functionality of your water butt or rain barrel. It features a BSP male thread on one end and a BSP female thread on the other, providing a convenient 50mm outward extension. This makes it easier to access the water inside your barrel, whether filling watering cans or connecting a hose, thus enhancing the overall usability of your rainwater harvesting system.

With a ½" BSP thread size suitable for a 21mm hole, the connector can be easily screwed into existing female threads on your container. This makes it an ideal option if your water butt already has pre-installed threads. If your barrel lacks a pre-existing thread, the connector can still be fitted by drilling a hole in the preferred location. Once installed, the extension offers ample space for hose attachments or container filling.

The included back nut and washers firmly secure the water butt extension to your barrel. The back nut provides a reliable lock, ensuring the fitting stays securely in place even under pressure. This combination is straightforward to install and remove, suitable for both temporary and permanent setups. Made from robust materials, these components guarantee durability and longevity even in demanding outdoor environments.
