The water butt extension connector is a versatile accessory designed to improve the functionality of your water butt or rain barrel. Featuring a BSP male thread on one end and a BSP female thread on the other, this connector extends outward by 50mm, making it easier to access the water stored in your barrel for filling watering cans or attaching hoses. This extension enhances your rainwater harvesting system’s overall usability.

The ½" BSP thread size fits a 21mm hole. Installation is straightforward: the connector can be simply screwed into existing female threads on your container, ideal if your water butt already has pre-installed threads. If your barrel lacks pre-existing threads, you can still fit the connector by drilling a hole at the desired spot. Once installed, the extension provides ample room for hose attachments or container filling.

The included back nut and washers secure the water butt extension firmly to your container. The back nut ensures a strong lock, keeping the fitting secure under pressure. This combination is easy to fit and remove, suitable for both temporary or permanent setups. Made from robust materials, these components provide long-lasting durability even in demanding outdoor environments.

The washers distribute the tightening load evenly over the surface, helping to prevent damage or deformation during installation.
