The water butt extension connector is a practical and adaptable accessory that enhances the usability of your water butt or rain barrel. It features a BSP male thread at one end and a BSP female thread at the other, providing a handy 50mm extension that makes filling watering cans or connecting hoses simpler.

Designed for a 3/4" BSP thread suitable for a 26mm hole, this connector can be easily screwed into existing female threads on your container. If your barrel lacks pre-installed threads, you can fit this by creating a suitable hole at the desired location.

Once installed, the extension projects 50mm outward, offering ample clearance for attaching hoses or filling containers. This improvement makes it easier to access the water stored in your barrel, boosting the overall convenience of your rainwater harvesting system.

The included back nut and washers securely fasten the extension to your water butt. The back nut provides a strong lock, ensuring the fitting remains stable even under pressure. Both components are easy to install and remove, suitable for both temporary and permanent setups. Their robust build guarantees durability and longevity, even in demanding conditions.

The washers play a vital role by evenly distributing the tightening force across the surface, helping to prevent damage or deformation during assembly.
