The water butt extension connector is a flexible accessory designed to improve the usability of your water butt or rain barrel. It has a BSP male thread on one end and a BSP female thread on the other, providing a 50mm extension to make filling watering cans or attaching hoses more convenient.

Suitable for a 3/4" BSP thread fitting a 26mm hole, the connector can be easily screwed into existing female threads on your container—perfect if your water butt has pre-installed threads. If your barrel lacks threads, it can be installed by drilling a hole in the preferred position.

Once installed, the connector extends 50mm outwards, offering ample space to attach hoses or fill containers. This extension enhances access to the stored water, improving the practicality of your rainwater harvesting system.

The included back nut and washers secure the extension firmly to your water butt. The back nut provides a reliable lock to keep the fitting stable even under pressure. This combination is simple to fit and remove, making it suitable for both temporary and permanent installations.
