The included 1/2" BSP male-to-female adaptor is a user-friendly and practical solution for connecting rainwater barrels and other storage containers. If your tank already features a female thread, installation is quick and easy by simply screwing in the adaptor.
For unthreaded containers, a hole can be drilled to insert the adaptor. After removing the back nut and one washer, insert the connector through the hole and secure it with the washer and nut on the inside. With washers on both sides, this method creates a dependable and leak-resistant seal.
Made from durable plastic, the adaptor is resistant to weather conditions and water pressure, making it a long-lasting component in any outdoor water system. Its simple and secure installation process is suitable for both DIY users and professionals.
The included garden lever tap is crafted from robust nickel-plated brass for strength and corrosion resistance. It features a 1/2" BSP male inlet and a 1/2" hose barb outlet, ensuring a firm grip on standard hoses.
