The water butt adaptor with a ½” BSP Male–Female thread provides a practical and flexible solution for your rainwater collection containers. If your container does not have a built-in thread, the adaptor can still be securely attached directly to the barrel. Simply create a hole where required on your water butt, remove the back nut and one washer from the adaptor, and insert it through the hole. Then, secure it by placing the washer and nut on the inside of the barrel and tightening. This method guarantees that washers are positioned on both the inside and outside, providing a strong and leak-proof seal.
