The water butt connector with a female BSP outlet offers a practical and flexible solution for your rainwater collection containers. It is designed for easy installation and can be screwed directly into existing female threads if your container is already fitted with one. This makes it an ideal choice for upgrading your current water harvesting system with minimal effort, ensuring a seamless fit with your existing setup.

If your container does not have a pre-formed thread, the connector can still be securely fixed directly to the barrel. Simply create a hole in the desired position on your water butt, remove the back nut and one washer from the connector, then insert it through the hole. Secure it by placing the washer and nut on the inside of the barrel and tightening firmly. This arrangement ensures washers are positioned on both the inside and outside of the container, providing a strong, leak-proof seal.
