The water butt connector, featuring a female BSP outlet, is a practical and adaptable component for your rainwater collection system. It installs easily by screwing directly into existing female threads if your container has them, making it a convenient upgrade with minimal effort.

If no pre-existing thread is present, the connector can still be securely attached by drilling a suitable hole in the container. Installation involves removing the back nut and one washer, inserting the connector through the hole, then securing with the washer and nut inside the barrel. This arrangement places washers on both sides of the container wall, ensuring a strong, leak-tight seal.
