The Water Butt fitting with a 3/4" BSP male thread reducing to a 1/2" BSP female thread is a sturdy and versatile connector designed for rainwater collection and fluid storage systems. If your barrel or container has a female thread, the 3/4" BSP male fitting can be simply screwed in for a smooth connection. For containers without a pre-threaded hole, the fitting can be installed by drilling a 26mm hole, inserting the fitting, and securing it with the provided washers and back nut. This ensures a tight, leak-proof seal, maintaining the integrity of your water storage system.

Installation involves removing the back nut and one washer, pushing the fitting through the hole from outside, and positioning the washer inside the barrel before tightening the nut. The washer helps prevent leaks by forming a reliable seal.
