The 3/4" BSP Male to 1/2" BSP Female water butt connector is a versatile and sturdy fitting designed for rainwater harvesting and other fluid storage systems. If your barrel or container already has a female thread, the 3/4" BSP male connector can be directly screwed in, providing a seamless and secure connection. If there is no pre-existing thread, the connector can be secured by creating a hole and using the included washers and back nut. This installation method guarantees a tight and reliable seal that prevents leaks and preserves the integrity of your water storage system.

To attach directly to a container, simply drill a 26mm hole to fit the 3/4" BSP male thread. Remove the back nut and one washer from the connector, then insert it through the hole with the remaining washer placed inside the barrel. Finally, tighten the nut to secure the device firmly. The washer acts as an additional safeguard against leaks. This straightforward fitting is an essential component for anyone wishing to customise or upgrade their water storage solutions, delivering both flexibility and durability.
