The ½” BSPM-F water butt connector is a dependable component for connecting rainwater tanks and barrels. Compatible with existing female-threaded inlets, it simplifies upgrades by ensuring a secure fit without additional modifications. If your tank lacks threading, you can install it by drilling a 21mm hole, positioning the connector, and securing it internally with the included washer and back nut, forming a watertight seal on both sides of the tank wall.
Made from heavy-duty plastic, the connector is engineered to resist external weather exposure and constant water pressure. Its practical design makes it suitable for both experienced installers and first-time users, whether for residential rainwater harvesting or garden systems.
The Dual Garden Tap with ½” BSP male inlet features a sturdy nickel-plated brass body, making it ideal for use in all weather conditions. It is equipped with a snap-on click-lock connection for quick hose attachment, while its separate BSP outlet provides extended functionality.
Each outlet is independently controlled by its own lever, allowing you to operate two watering lines at once—ideal for multitasking, such as filling a watering can and operating a sprinkler system simultaneously. The ergonomic handles enable smooth water control, while the reinforced body ensures long-term reliability.
Also included is a 21mm HSS Drill Bit Hole Saw Cutter—perfect for precision cutting in metal, wood, or plastic. Designed with high-speed steel and sharp, evenly spaced teeth, this cutter is ideal for forming ½” BSP thread holes in tanks or other components. Its balanced construction reduces vibration and supports clean, exact cuts with ease.
Note: PTFE Tape is not included in this set and should be purchased separately for leak-proof installation.
